    Hiroyuki NambaOwner bartender
    Born on March 24th 1979.　From Kurashiki, Okayama

    I studied abroad in New Zealand when in high school and was greatly influenced by the movie “Cocktail”, which I came across in my English studies. I came to Kobe with the ambition of becoming a bartender. At 20, I found a mentor in the bartending profession, and worked under him for 10 years as an apprentice. Since setting up on my own, I have been providing my customers with inspired and original cocktails to enjoy in a unique atmosphere. Logensitz regularly appears in newspapers, magazines, and TV.
    I was named an “Outstandingly Skilled Craftsman” by Kobe City.

Logensitz (a German word meaning box seats) can be reached on foot, 5 minutes’ walk from Hankyu Sannomiya station or JR Sannomiya station.

Logensitz is located to the west of Ikuta Jinjya Shrine. It is a bar with an authentic atmosphere, its backwall filled with a line of different alcoholic drinks from all over the world, welcoming and comfortable seats around the counter and distinctive table seats. The bar explains the owner’s motto, which is to raise “our standard one rank higher”.
